The judges have just released the notifications to all the regional finalists in these prestigious Wedding Industry Awards and The Wedding Warehouse on Lowther Street in Carlisle have beaten all the competition and are finalists in the Bridal Retailer Category.
The North West region stretches from the Welsh border, North, and The Wedding Warehouse is proudly flying the flag for the whole of Cumbria and South West Scotland as the only bridal retailer through to this stage in the competition.
Managing Director, Ailsa Taylor said: “We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers but being Nationally recognised means a great deal to me and the staff. We are the longest serving bridal house in Cumbria, so have certainly dressed a great deal of brides over the years. This award is so special as it is voted for by brides who have visited not only our shop but many of our competitors. They have felt that we alone have offered them an outstanding service and value for money. These are the most important principles of my business. After all our motto is “stretch your dream and not your budget.”
The Wedding Warehouse Carlisle was nominated by their customers and all brides, married between January 2010 and October 2011, were eligible to vote. The judging panel looks at both individual scores and customer comments. Ailsa added: “It’s just so great to have all our hard work recognised. We continually strive to provide the best service possible and in this economic climate it’s great to have something this area can be proud of. We will be celebrating 30 years in the business in 2012 and so the award has come at a really special time for us.”
