Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency’s short introduction HACCP seminar will provide a brief overview on the importance and benefits of implementing a food safety management system in your business and what steps you need to consider when choosing the right system for your business.
The seminar is for those who need to manage food safety. It also covers the importance of a management system, different management systems for different businesses, the benefits of HACCP and how to get started with your food safety management system
This seminar is ideal for businesses who are considering or who have started to implement HACCP within their business and need guidance on how to create a system that fits with your own business.
