BEC celebrates 18 years of support to start up businesses

LINKSTART – the West Cumbria support programme for start-up businesses provided by Britain’s Energy Coast (BEC), celebrates its 18th birthday this year. And as it comes of age, the number of businesses supported by the programme passes the 1,100 mark.
