Penrith's Cumbrian Women in Business group has a new venue for their next meeting Thursday November 8, 7-9pm
The speaker this month is Jane Lumley from Reflecting Health.
Jane has 30 years experience as teacher,coach and mentor and uses muscle testing, along with intuition, to help people feel well and happy. She finds that much of the time we are too busy with daily life to notice what our body/mind is trying to tell us and this inattention often leads to uncomfortable symptoms. These may go away when we get to the heart of the matter (physical or emotional) and find our own way to good health. She will show us the basics of gentle muscle testing and how we can access some of the messages we might be missing.
The venue is The Lemon Tree in the Devonshire Arcade! The new owners, Henry and Helen, have very wonderfully opened their doors in the evening for us!
