Local pudding company, Country Puddings based in Dacre near Penrith have embraced new technology in the past year, but the newest addition to their digital marketing includes an online Luxury Christmas Pudding shop.
Country Puddings have been inundated with orders for their Luxury Christmas Puddings, and given that they sold out six weeks before Christmas last year, they have made even more this year as they wanted to make sure everyone has the opportunity to get their hands on this much loved Christmas classic. The team have been working overtime to get the last of the orders ready for retailers all over the country and it is looking highly likely that they are going to sell out for the third year running some weeks before the big day.
Country Puddings developed their new website earlier this year, which includes an online Christmas Pudding shop, which is only open for a limited time. The online shop opened in September and will close once all the puddings have been snapped up. Country Puddings also make a donation from every Christmas Pudding sold to Breakthrough Breast Cancer. Last year they raised over £350 with their ‘Pink’ puddings and they hope to exceed that total this year.
