The quality of submissions this year has been outstanding and Ullswater Steamers and its employee, David Hall, can justifiably take credit and pride in earning a place in the top 5 in their category in England. I wish everyone all the best for the final in May”.
Speaking on behalf of Ullswater Steamers, chief executive Jim Walker “We are delighted to achieve a place as a finalist in the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2012 in two different categories. This is a remarkable achievement for our business and a fitting tribute to David Hall and his commitment to customer service. It would be hugely rewarding if we could win one of the top accolades, but we are already extremely proud of the recognition we have received in getting through to the finals”.
