Stobart Group have been shortlisted for two MTAwards.
The 27th Motor Transport Awards is the road transport industry event of the year and will take place on Wednesday 13 June at London’s Grosvenor House.
With more than 1,500 guests attending in 2011, it is the transport industry ‘Oscars’ and this year’s MT Awards have sold out. More than 50 of the transport industry’s leading figures judged this year’s awards entries and selected only the very best contenders for the Motor Transport Awards 2012.
Stobart Group, founded in Cumbria is up for awards for training and their apprenticeship programme.
Stobart Group/System Training are up against Dextra Group, Fraikin, Imperial Commercials and Palletforce in the Apprenticeship of the Year award sponsored by Keltruck.
And in the Training Award sponsored by CM Live, Stobart Group is up against Norbert Dentressangle, Suckling Transport, TNT Express UK and United Biscuits Logistics.
