Rheged near Penrith is the venue for a free event to promote local food and drink businesses.
The Focus on Food & Drink event aims to bring together local people involved in the food and drink supply chain, who are seeking opportunities for growth-locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Cumbria Chamber of Commerce in partnership with The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), are organising the event which is sponsored by UK Trade & Investment (UKTI), Made in Cumbria, and the Food, Drink and Agriculture Group of the CIM.
A spokesperson for the Chamber said: “This event is aimed at businesses of all sizes throughout the food and drink supply chain, including producers, suppliers - packaging, design, et cetra - retailers.
“If you are part of the food & drink supply chain or if it is part of your target market, this would be the ideal opportunity for you to introduce your own products and services - limited exhibition spaces are available.”
