Police say the motorcyclist who died following a collision with a cow was Keith Graham from Carlisle. His family have paid tribute to a man who "brought so much joy and laughter." Mr. Graham, 45, of East End, Kirkbampton, Carlisle was riding his black Aprilia Tuono motorcycle on the C class road between Burgh-by-Sands and Boustead Hill on Tuesday 22 May when, at around 7.10pm, he was involved in a collision with a cow. The cow was humanely destroyed.
Mr Graham suffered very serious injuries and died in the Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle yesterday, Monday 28 May.
His family said: “Keith was loved, respected and admired by all who knew him. Never will there be a man who is more sorely missed, not just by the family but by an entire community of people. It is with great sadness that we have to say goodbye to a man who brought so much joy and laughter to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.Goodbye Keith, we all love you so very much x”
