Three people have been charged with murder and three charged with assisting an offender and will appear at Carlisle Magistrates court this morning (18 October 2012).
Piotr Zygner, aged 30, Pauline Mucha, aged 26 and Sylwester Kawalec aged 23 have all been charged with murder.
Artur Skoczen aged 30, Adam Karpuk aged 23 and Artur Woszczyna aged 44 have all been charged with assisting an offender.
All six originate from Poland.
The 18 year old who was also arrested has been released without charge.
The charges follow an incident which Mr Kulinski, aged 32 living in Carlisle but originally from Poland, was attacked at 6 am on Sunday morning at Arnside Road, Carlisle and he tragically died from his injuries.
Detective Chief Inspector Paul Duhig said: “This investigation is still active and we are still appealing for members of the public who may have any information about the circumstances which led up to this attack to contact us. A team of detectives are still working on the investigation and they are available to support anyone who has any information which could assist.”

Meanwhile the family of Mr Kulinski who died on Sunday 14 October have paid tribute to a man who was a ‘loving father and partner’.
Piotr Kulinski, 32, was living in Carlisle but originated from Poland. He died on Arnside Road on Sunday morning.
Piotr’s partner* said on behalf of his family: “Piotr was a loving father and partner who was loved very much by his family. He will never be forgotten, we think about him all the time and miss him greatly.
“At this time the family would like to be left alone to grieve in private.”
